Great use of space! It's about the same size as my recording booth where I record, mix, and do podcasts and radio shows (as I've done on your show Music, Meaning & Mystery)!
I do have to move equipment in and out to the main studio, but it's fine.
I got unbelievably lucky with this place. It's the greatest studio in the world. It's the exact opposite of your compact and frugal arrangement. I'm just spread out in every direction. It's awesome.
